FREE Returns

We offer FREE RETURNS to all our customers. In order to make a return, please contact us on customercare@izabellaboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you return instructions.

All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached. You can print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items. You will have 30 days to send the item back for full refund once they receive the free return label from you. The package will be returned directly to our warehouse. Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account. Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.

In order to return a garment - the items must:

⁃ be received in original condition - unworn and unwashed.
⁃ no smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.

Izabella Boutique reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

We strive to get all orders packed and sent out ASAP and within the correct time frame, however we cannot take responsibility for factors beyond our control e.g. postal or courier services not running to schedule. 

Please allow up to 7 WORKING DAYS for your return to be processed. Please email us regarding your return if it has been longer than 10 working days since you posted your return.          

ACCESSORIES are final sales.

FAULTY ITEMS
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to our customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. 

We are happy to replace a faulty garment, if a replacement is not available, we issue a full refund.  

Please keep in mind, that loose threads are not considered as a fault. Minor faults, such as zips not working - are easily fixable and will be fixed/replaced.
